Processing Time

Most items are made to order.

  • Ready-to-wear items: typically ship within 3 - 6 weeks.

  • Personalized items: typically ship within 3 - 6 weeks.

  • Custom, school, or group orders: timelines will be shared at the time of ordering or during the proofing process

Processing times do not include shipping time. During busy seasons (school launches, holidays, fundraisers), processing times may be longer.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States


Flat Rate Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping for Canadian shipments, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Flat rate shipping helps keep costs predictable, but please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Shipping rates do not affect production timelines


Shipping to the United States

For orders shipping to the United States, please be aware:

  • Orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes

  • These charges are not included in your order total

  • Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • CJ Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.


Local Pickup Options

To avoid shipping fees, local pickup is available for eligible orders.

Pickup locations may include:

  • CJ Designs local pickup in Fort Quapelle

  • Designated school or group pickup locations (when applicable)

  • Regina Location: 518 Toronto Street, Regina Sk

Pickup details and instructions will be provided:

  • At checkout (if available), or

  • In your order confirmation or follow-up email

Please ensure you select the correct pickup option at checkout. Orders selected for pickup will not be shipped.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

CJ Designs is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
