1. I placed an order but have a question about it... what info should I include when contacting you?

If you’re contacting us about an order already purchased, please include: Order number & Email used at checkout. This helps us assist you faster.

2. How long does it take to hear back?

We respond within 1-2 business days.
Response times may be longer during busy seasons.

3. Do you offer custom or personalized items?

Yes. All custom orders must be submitted through our Custom Order Request Form. Custom requests are not accepted via email or social media DMs.

4. What counts as a custom order?

Custom orders include: Logos & Designs / Custom Wording / Bulk Orders - including team/organization/fundraisers / special requests. Anything outside our ready-to-print products in shop or online is considered custom.

5. Can I see a proof before my custom order is made?

Yes. Proof included + 2 revisions. If more revisions are needed a fee may apply - this is case by case.  

6. Can custom orders be cancelled or changed?

Custom orders are final sale once approved.
Please double-check spelling, sizing, and details before submitting.

7. How long does it take to make my order?

Production time is 2-3 weeks before shipping. This does not include shipping time.

8. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes if it is not a busy seasons, it may include a rush fee, it can be requested in your custom request form, we will let you know before production if we can meet your rush request. 

9. Are timelines guaranteed?

Production times are estimates and may vary during: Holidays, Sales, Custom or bulk orders, Supplier demand


 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to Canada & USA

2. How much is shipping?

We provide a flat shipping rate at checkout.

3. What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once an order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for carrier delays.


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No we do not unless it arrives damaged or incorrect

2. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email info@cjdesigns.ca within 5 days of delivery with: Photos, Order number, Description of the issue.


 

PRODUCTS & QUALITY

 

1. Will printed colours look exactly like my screen?

Due to screen settings and printing processes, colours may vary slightly.
This is normal and not considered a defect.

2. How do I care for my item?

Turn items inside out and tumble dry on low for apparel.

Drinkware is not dishwasher or microwave safe.

 


 

BULK, WHOLESALE & EVENTS

 

1. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Case by case. It is dependent on what you are wanting, the availability etc.

2. Do you work with businesses, teams, or events?

Yes. Examples include dance, cheer, volleyball, basketball, hockey, clubs. Large group orders typically take 4-6 weeks once order is placed. Fill out our custom request form to inquire.
